Advertise on SlamBlogger

Traffic coming into SlamBlogger.com has increased significantly this month. I still haven’t spent a single dime on this website, except for buying the domain. Most of the traffic is coming from referrers at the moment (blogs, Entrecard, blogging idol competition, commenting, etc.).

I plan to do a bit of guest posting later this week on a few larger blogs in my niche. This should help to get my name out there, and find more subscribers.

If you haven’t noticed yet, SlamBlogger is on track to hit 100 subscribers for the first time, later this week. 100 subscribers in two weeks - can’t complain at all, with the limited amount of promotion this site has received so far. They say the first 100 is the hardest.

In the first 10 days of the month, there has been over 5,000 pageviews from more than 3,000 uniques. Of course, this number will rise, as the month continues, and as more articles are published (giving readers more to look at).

If I become the next blogging idol, I’ll randomly select an email address, and inform that person that they’ve won $500 (half of the prize money that I’ll win from becoming the idol).

Update #1: First day has been a big success already. It’s only been about 18 hours since this post went live, and the feed count was activated. Yet the response was more than I expected from my initial “call to action.”

Awaiting the update on feedburner stats.  Meanwhile, I’m going to get ready to pull more tricks. I have a great idea that I’m hoping will pull in a great deal of subscribers. I’ll let you all know how it goes, once I get it going over the next couple of weeks.

SlamBlogger 2.0

SlamBlogger is back, and this time, with a new owner. My goal? To expose, inform, and of course slam the hell out of the blogosphere.

I’m not interested in being just another blogger mixed up in your cluttered RSS feed. The blogosphere can be quite dull at times. I’m simply here to add some spark where it belongs. Enough writing about what I plan to do. You’ll be seeing SlamBlogger around; no doubt about it.
